⁸ Forsooth Noe found grace before the Lord. (But Noah found grace before the Lord.)

⁹ These be the generations of Noe. Noe was a just man and perfect in his generations; Noe went with God, (This is the story of Noah. Noah was a just, or a righteous, man, and the only good man of his generation; and Noah walked with God,)

¹⁰ and begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
